We’re excited to unveil Maia, the AI assistant that’s changing how companies manage their objectives and stay aligned from strategy to execution. Currently in beta, Maia lives inside Meddo and acts like a proactive team member—guiding, nudging, and helping you keep your company’s goals on track.

What Maia Does (Beta)

• Assists During Onboarding: Maia helps new users define high-impact strategies and initiatives right from the start.

• Identifies Misalignment: Surfacing gaps between goals and execution—before they become costly problems.

• Sends Smart Nudges: Maia proactively reminds you when something’s falling behind or off-track.

• Adapts to Your Workflow: Slack, Email, Voice, and calendar integrations are on the way.

Currently, Maia is only available during onboarding, but we’re expanding her role across the platform in future releases.
